The Founder
MYRNA ARCEGA is a Registered Nurse, a licensed Naturopathic Practitioner, and an Acupuncturist. She graduated from St. Paul College with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked in the United States for 10 years at Beth Israel Hospital as a Psychiatric Nurse, and she was one of the first people to introduce aerobics exercise in the Philippines in 1981.
